Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Custom or made-to-order items may take longer (as indicated at checkout).

Shipping Times and Costs:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier.

 

Estimated Delivery:

Standard: 20 to 30 business days.

Express: 10 to 20 business days.

Free shipping may apply to orders over $30 in eligible regions (displayed at checkout).

Tracking:

Tracking numbers are emailed as soon as your order ships.

Check your spam folder if you don’t receive the email.

Important notes:

Delivery times are estimates only—delays may occur due to carriers, weather conditions, customs, or periods of high order volume.

We are not responsible for packages lost after delivery confirmation or for customs fees/taxes on international orders.

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us with the tracking number—we will assist you with the claim.
